I've wasted hours calling the classic parts center and always their parts analysts are busy. I can't really tell them to call me back with where I am. I don't believe they answer.

I haven't had much luck with email, but they always call me back.

They have one of the shortest waiting queues before it goes to voice mail. I believe they just have people leave messages and call everyone back. Every time I have called and left a message I usually get a call back within an hour or two. Plus I think its just 2 or 3 people at the parts counter.
