I have a om606 up for graps. Its done 79000 miles. Has all extras like water pump. Turbo. Alternator. Injectors. Flywheel. Fan. And so on. Has two injection pumps. The original and a n/a version which is mechanical.
Open to offers located in poole dorset but can post.

How much shipping to Finland? I have 4 week holiday and was thinking to pay a visit to Germany and buy a complete car with working engine, and then part out the car. Can manage with just motor only, but not gonna overpay since complete cars are dirt cheap to buy.

well if you get enough off you we can sort out shipping them over, plenty over here, also work for Mercedes main dealer so parts are cheap

More to the story than meets the eye on this one. He did pay for one which was packaged and ready for send. Was let down with parcel company twice. Which he was kept in touch with. Told me he wanted another so sourced and brought another for him. Again a low mileage engine. And awaited payment to send on the same pallet. Then got a phone call from his business partner getting moody with me about the engine. Explained I was awaiting payment for second engine and got told they don't want the second engine. Great so I sent the engine too them. With a 606n.a. I paid the extra for the postage as the original doesn't ship to Sweden from England any more. It was hard with the translation sometimes and I hope he will be on to say the engine is good and will deal with again. Will await his responce.
