hello I have a pump with a 5.5 mm elments if their substitution for 6mm, how much horsepower would I get the OM617 Engine

I bought one with 6mm in it. I have not installed yet but was told 200-220

but this is non turbo OM617 , 200HP is to much on non turbo or no ?

Id say with no turbo you would just dump a whole bunch of fuel out the exhaust. You need that turbo to match more fuel.
I'm not a pro by any means this is all just in reading. I do know when my boost was down my exit gas temps were getting too high. Brought the boost up and temp stabilized.

As others have said this is pointless as you have no way of getting any more air into the engine to burn the extra fuel your going to put in.
