As the headliner says, I wonder what is the difference between engine parts in om603 and om606. Are the bottom part of the engine the same?
Is it possible to use turbo pistons and rods from om603 in a om606?

No it is not, the turbo 606 rods are a little bigger than turbo 603 rods. Not sure how different the NA 606 rods are. The pistons are totally different due to the valve configuration.
