i have got a new toy, mercedes 300gd with om603 turbo and automatic gearbox out of a w124. Its lifted ,simex 36x12.5x16 tyres and center placed warn winch with cable to the front and rear. Drives great but maybe it needs some more power Big Grin

i have a update on my car, i have a 722.6 gearbox now with the controller from the guy here on the forum.
I also have a custom built garrett gt2260V controlled by the gearbox controller, got 3" boost pipes and a new inlet manifold.
only thing left to do is built an new exhaust and waiting till my pump is back from dieselmeken

The car is running again, is much stronger even with stock pump.
got my pump back from dieselmeken, will get it mounted this weekend

It's running with the dieselmeken pump, got enough fuel and black smoke now Smile

, But when you push the trottle from idle it doesn't respond good, you can here it in the film, anybody have an idee what it could be?

It sounds like a missfire at the 5 second mark of the 1st video.

Watch out for to much back pressure EGP, try to open the VNT Turbo totally manually and try the same thing.

Do you have both EGP and Boost sensor ?

engine runs better now, injector line was leaking and timing was not perfect, but the vnt is too small too much backpresure and egt's much too high, gona try a holset hy35 i already had laying around, will the internal wastegate be big enough?

car is running now with hy35, much better but still at lower rpm until boost is coming it runs bad and i can't find what the problem is, any idees?
