1995 E300 Diesel Special Edition - Bangaway - 10-30-2013
For sale is my 1995 E300 which I spent a year looking for. Plans have changed so it is for sale. It's a beautiful W124. The nicest one I've seen in person. This would make for a great STD project. It has the OM606 motor.
If you're in the US it's cheaper to buy a 1995 than buy all of the parts for an earlier year like an '87, 90,91,92,93. With the 95, you get the OM606 motor, the prefered injection pump, the throttle linkage, manifold, air filter setup, oil pan, the updated exterior. Since mine is the Special Edition you get the great Bose Stereo, nice trim, and lots of other good stuff. So rather than buy a $4,000 603 or 602 and adding $5,000 in parts, buy this one and save some time and cash.
