Rear Springs - Upgrade - Greazzer - 05-21-2014

If you are doing a rear suspension repair, maintenance, or upgrade, I suggest along with the new shocks, you opt for 18mm springs. I got mine from http://slsconversion.com/How_To_Install.html, Attn: Erik.

Great Guy and if you have a W123 SEDAN, the 13 1/4" 18mm rear springs with 9.5mm rear pads will give you a nice height IMO. Very impressed with the product and company. Totally different driving experience and well worth it !

Link didn't work Greazzer, for me at least.

Apparently they are coming out with a dedicated HD rear spring for the sedans this summer. I'll keep my eye on it. I want to tow a small trailer with my '85 so they could be good for that.

gonna x2 Greazzer on this.

Extremely pleased with this springs for the purpose of getting rid of SLS on a 123 wagon. Awesome guy to deal with. A car that probably was gonna be crushed otherwise is now still in service and rides great!

HOWEVER- I recommend that any buyer provide their own bilstein HD shocks or equiv. I think Propig should start pairing his springs with some nice bilstein HDs as a kit, maybe have another production option with heavy duty shocks in addition to the option with cheaper shocks.

The sensens that came with my kit lasted 10 minutes before one was blown.
