Hi All
I am looking to swap my 2ltr NA engine in my 190d for a 2.9 TD sprinter engine,can you point me to someone on this fourm who has done this swap already,the engine i will be useing is from a 96/97 sprinter.Do these have a ecu?.

I don't know if you know the 2.9TD in the sprint is DI compared to your IDI n/a engine.. I don't really know if this is a huge deal but in terms of power capabilities i think your limited to future tuning. I did a bit of research a looong time ago so don't hold my word for it.
