Hey Im Jon. Im finally a registered User on this forum! I have been using this Site for info and tips on modifying my car. I have been visiting often as a guest and never seem to have time to register. I Have an '83 300SD which I have slightly modified (Notice Signiature) and have decided to go BIG with this engine. I am a 16 year old Motocross racer and Have been messing around with engines since forever! I know most engines in and out and these OM engines are very simple when it comes to diesels. Im somewhat newer to diesels as far as modifying them but am beginning to know what makes them tick! Im looking foreword to completely overhauling my injection system ( as far as superfueling the engine,) Modifying the valves and mainly the intake system ( high performance turbo, custom manifolds, and possibly a small supercharger!)
Since I am no professional on doing this work I look for all the advice I can get and always figure out a way to accomplish the job properly. I have an entire Home shop with most every tool needed to work on my vehicles, and I do all work on my own (no dealers or shops) So overall I am here to look for advice and am more than willing to use my engine as an experimental tool so I can return useful information to other readers on this site. Thanks for taking your time reading all of this and I hope to have a great experience being part of the SuperTurboDiesel forum

Hey thanks, Im from Madison, Connecticut. I will take several pics of my car for a profile and will be updating as I continue to upgrade it. I will be putting these pics on my website soon and my other diesel projects etc.
