Hi I just got a 190d 2.5 I have a om605 with auto box is there any cheap easi way to controll the gearbox for shifts like a manual?

Take autobox off it & bang a manual box on & change injector pump to non turbo & throw the ecu in the bin

Powertrain Control Solutions do a good 722.6 box controller, my friend got one and we are working through the install right now, It was from USA and worked out about £800 GBP shipped to us (UK).
ANybody know how much Olefejer's controller is? I need one now.. hehe

Do I need the hace elec ip with auto box from a c250? I have the pump off the non turbo 603 that came in the car

Olefejer's controller is 450 eur if i remember correctly

You need a 5 cyl mechanical pump, the 603 pump won't work, and have a shop swap in 6mm elements from the electronic pump.If you have a non turbo pump you can buy dieselmekens alda kit for i think 120 eur

The pump I have is a 602 I got a bit mixed up lol
