Trying to set timing on M pump. - TurboTim - 09-15-2014
Just got my new M pump from Deiselmeken and I am trying to time the thing but am having some trouble. I have a Holley pump feeding the injector pump. It is coming out the return side but I can not get fuel to come out the #1 delivery valve or any for that matter. I thought it was just an issue of not having enough range of motion because of the new ALDA hitting my motor mount but even moving the crank forward or backwards doesnt seem to help. I did remove the pump at 15 ATDC and installed it then moved it to 24 BTDC. I also have tried holding the pump at WOT but that hasnt helped either. Looking for suggestions or what I did wrong.
