my G300TD project - kotka - 09-21-2014 Started last autumn when original KKK died ))) All-in: many changes implemented, started with 10mm fuel lines installation and ending up with EGT sensors set up on every runner (still adopting). its a "daily-driver" and offroader. I'd like to share the first dyno test results. I would appreciate your comments on the curves. PS dont look onto the boost - the stock map limits boost at 1.4 bar level. this is my next action on my to-do list. i.e the results below are at 1.4bar boost. What is your 0-100kmh time now? I have the same G. The only changes I've made are: Eliminate the EGR (electronically) including hollowing out the mixer. Right side exhaust w/ straight through muffler. RE: my G300TD project - kotka - 09-24-2014 Both manifolds; 3 inch exhaust; efr turbo; Egr, elab, transducers removed; fuel maps recalibrated; visco removed - electric fan installed; new front a/a intercooler; 10mm fuel lines; 7 mm plungers; all O-rings removed; snorkel; k&not filter (copy). Acceleration is roughly 8 sec Fuel consumption dropped to 11-13.5l/100 level (mind 2inch lift and 33inch bfg)
