Threaded glow plug connector for OM606 - TurboTim - 12-17-2014
Does anyone know if they make a threaded glow plug for the OM606. I just want to use my existing harness from my OM603 motor to power my glow plugs but the OM606 has a push on harness.

Would be easier and certainly cheaper to change the end on the cables to suit the existing push-on glo-plugs.
pin is A003 545 26 26 and housing A019 545 54 28.
Buy 1 first to check they are the correct dia. My 606.962 had different dia push-ons than the earlier 606.910

I bought replacement NKG?bosch or something glow plugs 'to suit OM606.962' and they were threadded so i just cut off the push on connectors and soldered/crimped on electrical ring terminals and used a nut either side, M5 IIRC.
