W124 300TURBO 1991 - tricipiti - 12-29-2014
Hello from Spain.
Im new on that forum.
Im mercedes benz lover since im 5 years old.
I have some cars,but one of them is special for me.
Its a w124 om603 turbo.
Engine is about 120000km (rebuild at mercedes benz service in 2007).
Also i put on complete AMG bodykit,and is full of extras (sportline seats (leather) with memories and heatables,tempomat,clima,adjustable steering,big brakes from sl500,sportline susp.,..
Now i want to give a little more HP.
Only about 250/270 because its my daily use car.
Im gooing to install front intercooler,and 6mm elemtns at PI.
Here in spain nobody knows about superturbodiesel so need your help and advice!!!

Get an extra ip and send it to sweden for annupgrade, and a little bigger turbo and it will be a little more fun

wich turbo can i plug and play?
6MM elements are big enough?

Need some advice.My engine 603 is 120.000km.It runs fine. its better to swap om606?or is my om603 good enough.?
Is 606 head compatible with 603?

a 606 is almoast a 603 with another head.. so the gearbox and other things bolt right up.
But the 603 is not a bad engine!
as many suggest its probb better to go with 7mm or bigger, and let a real dieseltuner do the pump.
i will try 6mm in my g-wagen and i think it will be good there, not looking for speed =)
if i tune my 124 i will go with bigger elements and turbo!
