NonTrapox manifold, hits water pump outlet? - Whizbang - 02-17-2015 w124 om603 In the middle of this turbo swap disaster, and it seems the non trap ox manifold hits the water outlet pipe leading to what is probably the heater core. Is there a different water outlet assembly for this? Is it something source able here in the states? Probably off the 92-93 300SD/94-95 S350? Also id like to get my hands on the euro, or the 92-93 300SD/94-95 S350 om603 turbo assembly to make this install easier if anyone has one for sale. RE: NonTrapox manifold, hits water pump outlet? - raysorenson - 02-18-2015 The part from the 602 should work too. I priced it at around 110-150 a while back. Too much. If were going to install one of these, I would cut and weld or look in a junk yard for a used replacement. RE: NonTrapox manifold, hits water pump outlet? - Whizbang - 02-19-2015 Looks like the pipe is just a pushed in o ring seal RE: NonTrapox manifold, hits water pump outlet? - DiseaselWeasel - 02-19-2015 It is. Any OM601/602/603 should fit. Might still be worth getting the complete waterpump housing from a 350 engine - this does fit the 72mm impeller water pump (stock is 69mm) for better cooling |
