Introoo - garage - 09-11-2009
Hey guys, ive been lurking around for a little while on this and a couple other diesel and Mercedes forums.
I joined this one in hopes of further completing my HotRod project, my 1979 Mercedes Benz 300sd.
=]
I prefer the W123models, the coupe, 4door, and wagon, but im happy with my W116 right now.
So far its not very "HotRod", even though i sure do drive it like one=]
The long term goal is to make this as much of a race car as possible while it being my daily driver, and trip taker. Haha so well see how it go's.
Im really eager to learn from this forum and keep you all updated on my car.

New deal on my intro...
My project will no longer be focused on my w116, but instead i will hopefully soon be picking up a w123=]
So in the meantime i will absorb more information, search the junk yards, and keep on truckin!
I will try to post pictures of the current MBZ rides in the garage for yall.

sounds good keep us up to date! I had 2 w116 and a w126 and now I have a w123 and it preforms very well

I think i have a bit of a Mercedes bug, that came on very suddenly...sounds like you may know what im talking bout.

I have been in to them for 10 years now my first car was a Mercedes 220sb fintail check out my 1958 219 ponton in the car profiles!
