OM605 maximum cylinder rebore with standard pistons - Y444TES - 09-03-2015
Hi as the title say I was just wondering if I would be to take a small lick of the bore. The engine was sat in a breaks and when I've come stripping to rebuild it for my w201 om605 project the bores had a bit of surface rust on them so I am going to hone them and see what they look like afterwards. But if the rust pitting is bad I'm going to have to rebore the cylinder and I was just wondering what's the max bore diameter I can take them to before I need oversize piston thanks for any help.

measures in mm 87mm
code leter A 87.000 to 87.006
code leter X 87.006 to 87.012
code leter B 87.012 to 87.018
measure in 3 diff points upper , midle, botom cylinder , transversally and laterally, wear limit 0.20
out roundness, (ovalization) 0.07
