I have om603 turbo with 370nm with stock cluth , the question is with which the clutch sitting there, some strong, manufactured by Mercedes? or I only use ceramics cluth ? ?

Get a flywheel and pressure plate from a 270cdi
That should be fine for a while. If that slips get a sinter-clutch for the same setup.

What gearbox do you have behind your OM603 and what vehicle is it in?
