superpump on w210? - BoostedW124 - 03-27-2017

While my head is at the end shop, if all goes well I'm thinking what next? I would love a mechanical pump my searches still leave me with many questions. I read one post the guy said his 603 pump went right in with a w124 hood cable attached to his accelerator plus few washers on pump and others say the transmission wont shift car won't start and all this CAN system stuff. Can someone who actually done this please enlighten me. Seems so mystical to get mechanical on w210.

There is solutions, other than fitting a w210 with a mech pump. One is to use a retrofitted 7.5mil elent as is . Then there's many forum members which can help with ecu tinning... all is about what u want
Regards

I too would like to know more about this subject.  Has anyone on here swapped the bigger elements into a 210 with 606?

Look up Seanyt on this forum. He has big elements in his EDC pump and remaps to suit.

Have you looked into putting larger elements in your e-pump and using Baldurs DSL1 ecu? You wouldn't have to mess with any throttle linkage and keep your W210 otherwise intact. It would also allow you much more flexibility in turbo selection (VNT if you wanted) and driveabilty
(cruise control). Dieselmeken can put the elements in. Just send him your IP. PM Baldur. He will discuss your aspirations with you and help you decide which way to go. If he can keep me in line, everyone else is a snap!

Baldur's DSL1 is great but it doesn't solve problems with factory CAN and gearbox. With DSL1 you need also OFgear box controller.

There are some good TCU's available for the MB tranny which will communicate with Baldurs' ecu. It's worth a chat with him.
