722.6 in w202 - addi.bigg - 09-04-2017

Fellas,

I'm keep bugging the 722.6 threads but didn't find confident answwer to my question.

I plan to swap my 722.4 to a 722.6 (with Ole Fejer controller) in my w202. The easiest would be to use an original lever and 722.6 transmission from a w202, cause that would be the less mess (cardan, mounts, lever, etc.), but I'm not pretty sure that this would be enough strong as it is rated to 330Nm as I've seen.
The stronger and newer (bushing vs. bearing) ones like 722.634 (270CDI) has exactly the same housing as the 722.603 so the original w202 cardan, lever, etc can be used for that one too so they are "bolt on" also?

Also I was thinking about to buy a 722.603 and buy an upgrade pack for that to make it stronger, if the above is not interchangeable.
The weaker bushing can be also replaced to beearing?
Could anyone link me an upgrade pack that have to be changed to make it stronger?

Sorry for the lot of questions.
Thanks for the info!

What engine you have with 722.4 at the moment? 722.6 fits if you swap all parts from other car, 722.4 usually has small cardan and rear diff so you have to change them all.

The facelift w202 chassis had 722.6 also, so the lever and (maybe all kind 722.6 for inline engines) transmission would bolt on.

If the cardan-crosses has to be changed for stronger ones, I think that's also possible to vhange on the diff.

I've found a 722.699 for a good price. What is the general opinion of the max power it can handle? I've seen the thread of this topic but I'm rather interested of in-life experience then the general factory data.
My plan is about 200Hp, maybe later 250-300hp.
