CP3 and CDI injectors upgrade question - Omnipresent - 09-10-2017
Hi guys,
Does anyone know who can upgrade CP3 pump and C30 AMG injectors to flow more? I'm planning on compound in the future and would be nice to reach +600hp. As far as I know CP3L110 and C30 injectors are capable of 400hp. Is my power goal even possible with OM612 engine?
Now I'm runnging billet gt23 from OM613 and C30 injectors. Black Smoke Racing has 750hp capable fuel system as I recal, but don't know who made it for them. Thanks in advance, cheers

You are just around the power when it cracks pistons. Unless you slap there something better forget even 400hp let alone 600. Also they had OM648, which means almost 20% less strain on pistons and rods. I think they had custom bored nozzles. Idont know who does this precision EDM drilling. Closest would be to choose large nozzle from LKW with same spray angle. Cheers fron Slovakia, nice to see someone tuning cdi.

Oh man, I didn't realize that level of power can demage pistons. So thinking of going crazy on power should I find someone who can make for me forged pistons, or you thing leave it like it is and work on something bigger?
Yea I want something different than everyone, there are to many tuned 1.9tdi for me
