OM612/OM647 bigger map sensor - NiTeC - 02-14-2018
Folks,
getting ready to tune the Sprinters and my tuner is complaining the stock 2.5bar map sensor is insufficient for any good performance tune...
is there any other mercedes map sensor that can be used with these engines? the OM647 uses a Bosch EDC16 ECU similar to my VW/Audi TDi setup - is it a far stretch to think that the VAG 4bar map sensor can be made to work with the MB ecu?
anybody run into these issues before?

I believe pretty much any 0-5v MAP sensor could be used and maps rescaled for it. But I could be wrong as I don't have much experience with that.

looks like the A0071530028 4Bar map sensor should do the trick...I've ordered one - we'll see what happens...

Hello who is remapping the ECU ?? seems to be hard to get any info about this im in the beginning of a projekt learning how to program with Kess V2.

Yes sensor is good. Use linearisation:
