OM612 2002 Sprinter - 900T5R - 02-16-2018
Hi all,
I,m having kind of a small project myself. The 2256V i had took a beating on the compressor wheel and that was a good excuse to fit a 2359V with extended tip billet wheel. Install needed some creativity than i thought but i managed. The 2359v has a very nice linear feel to it goes way better than the 2256V on the 2.7L engine in my opinion.
I,m running to some dilemma,s however. When i search for the C30 AMG injectors i tend to find the same as in my sprinter?
Is a 3 inch downpipe a necessity?
For now i want to run it on stock injectors and pump, i have a 3 and 4 bar map sensor at hand if needed.
I do how ever find it hard to create a decent tuning file for this car i'm used to tuning petrol cars from a specific brand using non generic software. So i simply don't have the tools needed to go all in on the tuning for my sprinter. Is there someone that provides a decent custom tune for these engines?

Non AMG OM612 for sure does not have same injectors, you must be searching something wrong. Because not only nozzle and calibration but magnet itself is different due to 1500Bar capability of those injectors. Also small fact that no one for whatever reason did not stated-AMG nozzles are shorter by cca. 2mm. This means they are way too recessed in the head and spray into bore. Found this the hard way. State what power you are after, maybe stock injectors wont be that much trouble.
Also, I can do SW mods for you no problem.

if you look at e bay you can find these below, they claim it is new not refurbished bosch 0445110151, have never figged out what the differance to 0445110152

Thanks for the reply! This is the first time I hear injectors a shorter, always reads like plug and play. I,m not after specific hp for now I just want the van to run right with the 2359 wich feels so much nicer on the 2.7L gives so much less a feeling of a tiny turbo working to hard.
