I have been looking at these threads.

4 keys listed here
http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/show...p?t=274085

I adjusted the valves when I first got the car and again just recently. Both times the intake valves had no gap and the exhaust were for the most part just fine.
If the chain is significantly stretched then all the valves will be opening to late, right? Does the way the valves were out of spec seem like normal behavior or is that some kind of evidence?

What should I do? Order some keys and then do that 2mm test? Or do the test and then try and pick a key if one is needed at all?

The keys are cheap enough I believe. You did not mention how long went in between.

Don't forget that you need to adjust injection timing to get the full benefits.

winmutt-
"You did not mention how long went in between."
probably less than the 10,000 between the two jobs. Maybe like 7-8000.

I guess I'll do the measurement procedure first then order the key. Looks like the keys are $20 each.

after the adjustment which way will the injection need to go? earlier as well? Or just need to measure.

There is a good chance you need to replace the roto cap and lock nut. After time they do not hold as tightely as they should.
