Okay so I'm about to get a turbo wagon front sway bar, along with 300TD front springs from the same junk yard car. If I'm putting the wagon springs in a sedan how many coils would I cut? I was thinking 1-1.5 on the sedan springs, but I don't know if I should cut the same amount on the wagon springs?

Thanks,
Mike

Standard turbo wagon springs are the same as turbo sedans.

No they are the same. Even with rough road or additional load suspension, the FSM states the same part number with turbo sedans.

123 321 36 04 and 123 321 41 04.

Copy of the FSM on standard springs. 123.133 = turbo sedan 123.193 = turbo wagon.

Spring Part Number and Specs.

Thanks for being my FSM, I guess I have been spreading lies...

Interestingly enough the 123 321 26 04 seems to be the lowest stiffest but does not show up in that list?

Yes I know for a few years now... And I've been contradicting you since.Big Grin

"26 04" doesn't even show up on the rough road or special version with higher load, etc options. I wonder why it was even mentioned if it wasn't an option.

Makes me wonder if you can still get those new.
