Apart from that big machine, all that other stuff looks like it could be easily palletized, maybe two pallets for the whole load, one for the machine, one for everything else. That machine probably weighs what, 5-8 hundred pounds maybe?
Door to door to you in CA would probably be 3-5 grand I bet, plus import tariffs and such.

You should get a shipping quote just for kicks, I wonder what would be cheaper, across the atlantic to the east coast, then cross country by truck or train, or through the panama canal to L.A?

Sometimes its amazing how inexpensive something can be. A friend of mine a few years back for some reason wanted to buy a T-34 vintage 2nd world war Russian tank, and amazingly, it was under 10 grand to get it to his house in MA. I think the tank itself was only like 5 grand.
He kept saying "less than an inexpensive car" Big Grin Part of the deal is they plug the cannon and weapons though, deal breaker for him

1974 240D 617 turbo swap, W201 5-speed, in the works project
1983 240D 616 stock, DD
1989 Chevy Astro, 617 turbo swap, T5 5-speed, 4.56 diff, work van

Ok we are getting off track with dieselmeken's thread, but plugging the cannon should at least bring the price down further by 75%. That's like getting a welded up M1 Garand Drill Rifle, saying it's an authentic piece and paying full price.

If you read the add, you can see that shipping cost not is included. I had to put in free shipping to get thru with the add.

Someone in here at STD that is intrested? I can offer you a 1 week upstartcourse in dieselpumps when the machine is in place.
