I've got one that needs some pump work, other than that should be good.
I can dig the compression numbers out if you want.
Located in CNY off of I-90, so it'd be a bit of a haul...

Sorry it's taken me a while to reply, I am the person with the engine. By 'replacing' our man winmutt means that it needs to be replaced with an engine that does not currently shoot oil out the side. Not sure what you're looking for. The engine starts, but as you can see it needs some work. I just had a kid, so that and other time sink issues I currently have keep me from figuring out exactly what's wrong with it. I would imagine the work it needs to be a 50 on a 100 scale, with a standard deviation of +/- 49. Just kidding, but seriously not sure what the issue is and it does shoot oil out the side of it.
