Hello.
A friend of mine offered me a Garrett Gt2359vk from is broken inline 6 cyl 320 cdi.
I own a W210 300td 1997 Om606.962 engine and i want to install the GT23v on it.
I know that i have to get a vacuum valve and a 300Kpa Map sensor. Which is the Mercedes part number for the valve and sensor i need?
Is it very difficult to install it on my engine?
How much power should i get from my engine with this turbo without change my pump?
Here in Portugal no one uses these type of engines to upgrade, just VW 1.9 tdi...so i cannot talk to anybody.

You lucky punk! I've been looking for a GT2359V for almost a year now...

Gone but not forgotten: two W123 sedans and two W124 wagons.
W124 1987 300TD wagon, for sale, $1000 (some assembly required).

I don't think it will be that simple, you will need fuel rack position input as well.

Without fuel mods you won't get much more hp either. Perhaps 10hp or so.

Installation will of course require fabricating something, either welding up a new manifold or making an adapter.

finally someone from my little corner here also want to develop a mercedes.
I have a W202 with a om605 already turbo, the exhaust line and a evrymod made by me for the most indebted diesel.
I have not been measured but I think the car will have well over 200hp

The power increase from a vnt without adding fuel comes from moving peak torque down lower in the rpm range, making the car "feel" faster. You get this at the expense of high backpressure in the upper rpm range that chokes the top end. It's a great mod for a daily driver but if power is your ultimate goal, you will need a bigger vgt such as a holset he341v or a wastegated turbo.

1984 300D 4-speed ~200,000 miles
7.5mm M-pump, GT3582 turbo, F-Tune Performance intake/exhaust manifolds, A/A intercooler, 315 nozzles, Enlarged prechambers, Bosch 044 feed pump, Custom lightweight flywheel with 240mm clutch, Lowered, 17" AMG rims - 300 hp OM617 project
1985 300D 280,000 miles RIP
2001 F350 7.3 DP tuner, 4"exhaust, S&B intake

I'm not sure what you plan to do with those. I assume you were going to hook them to some sort of controller?
