I too have been searching for these. They appear to be a monoblock reproduction due to the low offsets that were not factory. I believe these to be RH Topline AA(??) model wheels, but have not been able to fully confirm this.

I emailed, he's already sold them, shipping them to Australia this week. Perhaps if you were to phone him and wave more than $700 at him, he might cancel the sale to Australia and sell them to you instead. I'd like them myself, but they're beyond my budget this month, as I am saving up for a modified fuel pump:

Headed in the right direction.. At least now I know the type, model and name of the manufacturer. Unfortunatley they are not as deep as the ones in the pic.

I think I have identified the wheels.
looks like they might be:
RH Topline AA
9x17 fronts and 10x17 rears?
the ones pictured are 18's...word is they make them in different sizes...
they look pretty bad ass...
