this L207D has been for sale for a bit. Manual OM616 diesel guy says. Full camper setup looks like.
The temptation is killing me, 45 minutes away.
Winmutt- you need another camper (maybe not for 7500 bucks though)

Anybody know if these rims will work with w126 rotor/caliper upgrades? The guy says they're from a 300E
http://fresno.craigslist.org/pts/2914246666.html
What year 300E?
I don't know, he just said 300E. Supposedly they're 15" so if they are I'm guessing they should work
It was an '87 300E, I bought them anyway. They're not going to be a huge problem are they??
This thing pops up on craigslist about once a week or so here, is it a kit car or something?

Oh yea, 400 hp on stock elements. And "no turbo lag" .... "Foot brake up to 25psi" , they're full of shit. But I would still like more info about it, and what turbo they used specifically.

If that guy ^ is really getting the power he claim, what is he doing that we aren’t?? This is huge in my opinion! Somebody really should get that car...a true STD.

Fuuuuu...................
Stock 5.5 mm elements do not move enough fuel for anything close to that. Period. I've had cut DV's before, and yea they give a lot of power, but not anything close to that.

im guessing an OM617. Total WAG, but the badging on the back is 123/126 era.
Also for a guy who drives a classic truck, anything after 80 might be "late model"
I emailed him, Im curious.

(05-10-2012, 04:08 PM)larsalan I think they look pretty dope. It's 125 for a set, right? I hate when people advertise their wheels for $ per wheel.

That sparked my brain too. Cool pics in front of that plane. You'd figure the guy knows about spark plugs, maybe not.
Hahaha, yeah I noticed all that stuff too. Its still a nice car though
w123 lower dam.

.
wow! Almost 300$ is that normal?
I don't really know what the normal cost are. But w123 air dams are quite rare to find these days.
Oops, I meant to post that in the eBay section.
.
I think I saw a Lorinser W123 air dam go for the upper 200 range a couple months ago. It here in the US. That seems pretty reasonable to me all things considered.
anybody looking for an early 80s BMW sport coupe and into those cars? looks pretty intense, guy is willing to trade for a diesel mercedes.

Trying to sell my used transmissions before I go to college in the fall. One is very strong and worked really well for me before I did my 4 speed swap. The other is basically a core. I bought the SD one from a fellow member. 722.3 Transmissions
That's too bad your like 240 miles away. I'd take your 25 dollar core off your hands. I need bellhousing and cutting it off would be perfect.
BTW - I got that seat bracket for you. I'll get it in the mail for you.
.
Wish I had the cash 15 ronal r9 5 spoke wheels
