Hello, i have an OM605 and i want to tune it, however its not a an original turbo engine.

Ive already bought a turbo and manifold from a turbocharged OM605 that i am going to add.
Do anyone know how much i can out of the engine before any major problems? The diesel pump is going to get tuned by mynä.
