i own a 1998 c250 mercedes and want more power but still be usable on a daily basis if needed.

An ecu remap ive been told will give me about 180ish bhp in standard form once re-chipped.

i also need a new turbo soon and wondered whats the easiest best to fit.
standard c250 recon unit, 300 unit or an off the shelf one..whats best as i havent a clue..been quoted £400 for a stage 1 modified turbo using my own turbo casing...

at the moment im running with a decat pipe and full stainless steel full bore exhaust with a K&N performance air filter.

whats the best option first, remap, turbo, or what.
cheers
guys.

Remap. It's not like switching the turbo out would do much without a remap anyhow.
