Get a Ford diesel vac pump-they're electric and run around $70. You can also get a belt driven one, but then you have to get it all setup with the merc belt layout.

I was just looking to swap it, unless its easier to switch it to electric and more reliable.

You do computer stuff or something like that ?

If you have a minute, can you jump on FleaBay and there is a guy who sells these timers for WVO. Looks pretty simple. I just need info or maybe the work to make these. I will buy all the stuff. Also, I need to figure out how to program or wire / install a gauage that has split readings. EG: Oil Temp going in (one 1/2 of a gauge) and Oil Temp going out (2nd half of the gauage).

Yeah I do computer stuff. send me the link and ill see. That may fall more into the realm of engineering but i might be able to get someone to help with coding if there is any type of chips required.

OK ... let me find it. The guy posts his items and then it disappears and then it comes back again. I think it is really simple since all it is is a thermostat which triggers an electrical signal. For example, once the grease hits 160F, then it triggers a solonoid. Then, when you're a minute from your desitation, hit the switch and it purges and flushes and goes back to diesel. I saw a bunch of gauges which have 2 gauages built into one. I want to monitor oil in and out (tempature).

I just used two on off switches for my wvo system, one for fuel supply and one for return, so that enabled me to purge for however long I wanted or even move fuel back and forth between tanks if I wanted. The only time I ever had a problem was when I accidentally left it in the "purge" setting and diesel filled the veg tank and then overflowed through the vent in the tank and partially flooded my trunk lol

-1982 300D Turbo, 280k miles, ALDA apparently maxxed, fram 8038, 12 lbs boost, non-egr manifolds, W/M injection, 4 brake light mod, Gen II w126 front rotors/calipers, 4-speed swap
In the works: A/W IC, adjust pump, turbo rebuild (w/60 trim comp wheel)
-1980 300SD, 110k, project car. Goal is to get it lookin' like it did on the showroom floor (body and interior wise, not necessarily under the hood )
-1974 240D, FRESH PAINT!!!!!!

I have a greasecar "coPilot" it has all the features you want. Why try to make something when we might be able to trade for it? It comes with the screen, a computer that goes under the dash and a wire harness.

OK ... Vacuum pump for this co-pilot item ? Deal then. BTW. Does this have a universal hook up / application or does it just work for Greasecar items ? If it is somehow unique, I doubt I will have the electrical genius to bypass whatever that is particular to that company's item.

Let me know. I can have your pump shipped this weekend.

Nice working condition. The check valve is good too. Once you get it and you're not 100% happy, I will ship you another. However, it works. Not sure what to look for to determine if it's the cats pajamas of VPs or just the run of the mill working good VP. I will shoot you a bunch of pictures if you want. Let me know. BTW -- can that magic control box be hooked up to universal components in a WVO system???
