Hello,

I still have all of my other parts for sale, and now clearing out some more stuff from the garage:

1. I have two (2) sets of NON-EGR Manifolds for Sale [Intake & Exhaust]. This is NOT the W115 long runner. It is the "log" type, but it is NON-EGR. $150 per set plus shipping.

2. I have one (1) 25mm sway bar from a wagon for sale. $125.00 plus shipping.

3. I have one (1) "M" Pump. $125 plus shipping. I already committed the injector lines, but I have to see if they will "unbend" as they got bent. I fully believe it works fine, but you should just assume it is a core.

If someone is on the West Coast or Washington State, the shipping may be a little higher since the pricing for shipping to Zones 7 & 8 has went thru the roof.

Please PM me if interested or if you are looking for something in particular.

I am totally committed to clearing out my garage by the end of March of ALL parts that I won't be personally using for any projects. Currently, I only have the Phoenix Project (pictures soon of a complete car) and the Sleeper Part Deux (my DD currently). Both of these cars have the Getrag 5 speed, and most of the mods this forum is famous for have been done or will be done, so I really have a bunch of stuff to be clearing out since both cars are for the most part now complete or I have the parts isolated to be used absent a few mod's which I am trying to source parts currently.

Thanks ! Smile

Is it a turbo non EGR manifold?

Would you sell the exhaust manifold separate?

My bad for not posting this --

I am not inclined to break up the sets. AND YES ... these are from a TURBO engine.

I broke up a set about 2 years ago, and it took FOREVER to sell the intake manifold.

Sorry ...

OK -- updates within the past 4 hours:

1. One (1) exhaust manifold committed-- one set still for sale and one intake manifold

2. One (1) M pump committed-- no more. This was the last one.

3. One (1) set of M pump injector steel lines committed. " "

This is the old stuff which is still for sale:
THIS IS WHAT REMAINS:

Steering Box, W123. No leaks and steers nice and it was cleaned up and painted black. $40.00 plus shipping. I think this was posted elsewhere. This is the same box.

Instrument Clusters. Both are low mileage. One is somewhat rare in that it has US standard of measurements--at least I have never seen one of these. Both are are in nice condition. Each $65 plus shipping. W123

Jacks, $10 each plus shipping- Bilstein. W123

Rear Tail Lights, with nice intack gaskets still. These are very nice. $60 plus shipping. W123. I am not breaking up the set. I see these are going for $50.00 plus on Ebay just for one.

Entire blue interior, very very nice shape. No pictures yet. Both seat bottoms were rebuilt using passenger spring boxes and these have the Euro rear head rests and an additional spring in the bottom part. Most likely local pick up OR I can meet someone in Charlotte, NC, Augusta, GA, South of Border SC-NC border, or maybe Atanta. Serious inquiries only please.

Power (electric) passenger mirror, W123. I finally found in my garage one of my manual's ones. $40 plus shipping.

She's at CCU (Coastal Carolina U.), which is about 10 minutes from Myrtyle Beach, S.C., and apparently does not like it there. You got to be kidding me ... right. First year, undeclared. So, we jaunted off to Winston-Salem to the N.C. School of Performing Arts for an audition. She has about 13 years training in ballet, dance, and she apparently wants to get back into it. She got out of dancing for about a year, and now has the urge to dance again ... we'll see. My son is already looking at colleges also, but he's 3 years away -- unless I choke him before then. For the last two months, most of my free time and discretionary income has been devoted to the college drama.

What's your son into? If he's at least partially mechanically inclined, but with interest in design work the Packaging Engineering (my job) field is unheard of and pays well.

LOL --- My son at the age of 10 or so, had an immigrant mentality, who would hustle to make money, and was pretty aggressive even collecting aluminum cans. Now, just super shy of 16, he won't lift a finger to make $10 bucks. He seems generally uninterested unless my wife suggests at least $10.00 AND a trip to a fast food place, her treat. So, I am a little concerned over his motivation right now. I would take any sort of engineering ... He's very gifted and talented, but what parent doesn't say that about their child? He went to a two week long architect camp in Pensacola, Fla., a few summers ago, and decided afterwards he was not interested in being an architect, but he loved the beaches at P-cola. Maybe a beach bum? He's not yet interested in tinkering with cars, but my guess is that he will have his hand out for the keys to drive one.

Any jobs out there that pay well for being a pro at killing zombies, playstation3, YouTube, Facebook, or texting? If so, I got their candidate ! Times have changed ! At 17, I was at Parris Island, S.C. wondering what the hell ... LOL.

Let me just say if those things paid well, I'd be rolling in dough! Well, never really was into facebook. I wasn't at all interested in cars accept maybe rally cars, mostly computers & video games til I was 18 and I got my first w201. When you have something like that, you learn to fix or no-go on a very limited budget. I didn't have my father to show me anything, I had my grandfather and it worked out really well. Turned into something more, took over as my main interest. My advice from being a smart but not so enthusiastic teenager in recent times, if you want to pass on the mechanic gene. Get the kid a cheap used car (slow) & show him how to maintain it, don't just fix it for him & he'll need a job to keep it going. Blood, sweat, tears, & everything that comes with keeping a used car on the road. The freedom will show him what it's all about. Unless your kid is like my buddy was and will do burnouts in your front yard. Then maybe not so much..

Yeah he needs a beater, and the first job will be front to back brakes. All lines, rebuild calipers, new rotors, drums, etc.

I was a big time gamer/ tech guy in HS, getting a free truck (spent like 1k getting it onroad) started me down the car path. Took me three nights on my own to figure out the drum brakes the first time.

LOL ... let me ponder that.

Actually, my son is incredibly considerate and kind. Thinking back on my youth, I am thinking I was sort of a jerk, and I am now making up for it. He, on the other hand, is a very, very nice soul. I wish there was a real bounty on zombie kills. We'd be super rich ! LOL.

Yeah I don't really like college, although it may be because of the department I'm in (studying industrial technology, which is sort of like engineering light), maybe only one or two of the professors get along and they are all lazy bums who put their classes online after the semester started. I sort of feel like I'm being cheated, having to pay money ($2800-3300/semester) to teach myself. I'm also irritated by the fact that I know more about automotive stuff than the automotive professor, who can't even drive a car with a standard transmission and tries to bum rides from students.

-1982 300D Turbo, 280k miles, ALDA apparently maxxed, fram 8038, 12 lbs boost, non-egr manifolds, W/M injection, 4 brake light mod, Gen II w126 front rotors/calipers, 4-speed swap
In the works: A/W IC, adjust pump, turbo rebuild (w/60 trim comp wheel)
-1980 300SD, 110k, project car. Goal is to get it lookin' like it did on the showroom floor (body and interior wise, not necessarily under the hood )
-1974 240D, FRESH PAINT!!!!!!

Go to the administrators. Don't take that crap, I've been there and the best way to deal with it is complaining to the professors and their bosses. You're paying big bucks to get an education, not just party and a piece of paper.
