I could be wrong but I don't think anyone in the tuning scene sells elements on their own anymore, I think they just rebuild the pump for you, I think there were counterfeit elements getting around.

A website called DieselKontor from Germany sells 7mm elements but I don't know much about them, they might just be Edelbrock or Monark elements which don't really have a good profile for high performance from what I've read.

The 7mm elements are Bosch elements for the transit engine. Dont know the ins and outs but there have been a few comments that they arent the best, have a search and you will see them. Dont think you can buy 7.5mm elements and they aren't a DIY fit anyway unless you're a diesel pump mechanic of course with the kit to calibrate the pump again. PPD and Dieselmeken from here will supply and fit them for you.

I've been in contact with him about having a pump built but I hasn't replied in a while but he's in the middle of moving his shop, I might consider getting those 7mm elements for my spare 602 turbo pump just to get my 605 running, saves me having to cannibalise the 605's pump for its 6mm elements & I can just sell the 605 pump on intact & get some money back, possibly I could get almost as much back on the pump as I paid for the whole engine.

Hmmm, I had read a lot of posts about people picking up the elements from Tomnik, I was hoping there was a few people about selling various sizes.

Yes he doesn't do that anymore, he sells them through PPD now I think. Nobody wants their custom elements being put into a half assed pump setup and then complaining so they are supply and fit only. Biggest you will get off the shelf are the ones linked to above.
I take it you have a friendly pump guy who can fit these properly?

Search the site. But I would just send your pump to Dieselmeken.
