The 54mm compressor is small. 56mm should be the minimum on a Garrett GT turbo, 59mm would work even better.

You are right, it looks like it would be a bit too small for anything other than stock boost settings. It would spool faster than stock though.

Its incomplete, the back plate is missing.

That compressor wheel looks chewed up. The inspection paint/mark on the wheel has been worn off.
