Yes, i think the first drive isn`t too far awaySmile I just need to build the rest of the boost piping and rebuild the intake to a dual plenumSmile

Yes, the space is the main issue here! Small w201 you know^^
I din`t find a valve, audi`s valve is too small...So i heavily modified a 4" water bypass valveSmile It look just like the audi valve, just a bit more beefy!

It does push air through the little turbo until the little turbo becomes restrictive then it bypasses it and pushes its boost directly in to the engine.

The only thing I would change on the Audi set up. I would reroute the first waste gate to dump after the second turbo so it could dump in 0 back pressureBig Grin

Could you pls clarify 1 thing: what is subsequences of these 3 turbos?
1st one is the smallest, then the middle one and at the end the biggest one?
This mean that smallest one pushs air to the middle one, then the middle one pushs to the biggest?
May be you can explain yourself all "the tree" of your construction because is it a bit unclear from the scheme above and fotos)

There are just two turbos the exhaust goes in to the small turbo first with makes low end boost off the line. then it exits the first turbo and goes in to a second turbo that creates the boost up top for higher rpms

New setup again, but this time all under the hoodBig Grin

Engine has been moved back 8cm and tilted to be more straight for more room for turbos!
Hx40 MFS will be on top and a new manifold will be made next weekSmile
Hx60 will be located just above the custom motormount and a 5" exhaust will be made!

New manifold is made, old one is sold^^ New is a neat and highflow design, and is made of 48mm tubing. There will be 2x60mm wg to bypass the hx40 and into the hx60....
Now all turboplumbing and turbos will be hidden under a stock hood for ultra stealth look!

New manifold is made, old one is sold^^ New is a neat and highflow design, and is made of 48mm tubing. There will be 2x60mm wg to bypass the hx40 and into the hx60....
Now all turboplumbing and turbos will be hidden under a stock hood for ultra stealth look!

You have a big problemBig Grin I think you need to get hold of the 32mm axels, they are much stronger!
My driveshafts has the w129 inner joint (much bigger than w124) and the big type outer joint (stock w124 32mm axel type)

The propshaft is from later w211 and the middlejoint is much bigger than stock w201/w124...I use some beefy BMW 530D hardyplates with steelcords, not organic thread like the stock ones!

I will fix my photos asap!

You have a big problemBig Grin I think you need to get hold of the 32mm axels, they are much stronger!

Pump is ready, 270cc and 7700-8000rpm+ ( we don`t know what max rpm is because Dieselmekens test bench wasn`t strong enough to take it up to more than around 3800 pump rpm)
Spesial grinded tractorpuller style camshaft, very light guvenor, 8mm elements, spesial deliveryvalves+++

The turbo comes straight from the Holset development departmentBig Grin

This will be compounded with the hx60. Water/meth injection between the two stages.

Setup will be like this:

Rear end will proberly converted to the 210mm MB diff with a ratio of 2.2:1
