I am building an w460 mercedes 250GD with an om605 and 722.6 from a mercedes c250td. I am going to use all the electronics from the c. I will use the radiator from a w463 300gd. This G has an om602 engine, so the engine mounts are just bolt on and i have a G flange for the gearbox. Here are some pictures:

Done exactly the same project. You will have problems with gearbox control. It will not work from C class. G class have different TCU and one more RPM sensor in gearbox.
