Clean it and JB weld it. Or find a radiator shop, those guys are miracle workers.

I like that idea... This is my back up car. No mods no nothing. Fluids fresh and car ready to roll is the goal. I just gotta find the leak I guess.

The old style brass and aluminum radiators can be recored for pretty darn cheap. I had my 115 radiator recored for less than a new one since it was missing half its fins, just gotta find a shop near you that can do it. Think it cost me 200 bucks or so.

If you can find the leak, x2 on jbwelding it. That's one of the reasons jbweld was invented. Went 30k on jbweld repair on a plastic radiator in a 300D where the oil cooler had cracked the top housing being removed. Jb fixed that and never had a pro[/u]blem with it

1974 240D 617 turbo swap, W201 5-speed, in the works project
1983 240D 616 stock, DD
1989 Chevy Astro, 617 turbo swap, T5 5-speed, 4.56 diff, work van

Well I may luck out I think the hoses may just be old as dirt.
