Hi!

After tuning my M- pump I have a problem with slow returning to idle speed.
I have read that adjusting the "vertical throttle stop", probably would fix my problem.
But I cant really find that screw? Does it exist on the M- pump, or is it only on the MW- pump?

Ifound these two screws inside the IP. Some kind of internal throttle stop?

Nothing in the Doc that uses the term "vertical throttle stop" has anything to do with the M pump. That Doc describes only the MW/RW, ( pump/Governor), combination. I know this because I generated the Doc.

I suggest that you stop and find out what to do before you proceed. Essentially, you have more throttle pressure on the governor at the idle setting than you want. I have no idea how to reduce the throttle pressure on the M pump. Sorry

make sure the linkage returns to zero.
other than that, you went to far with the dialing up, go back a bit and it will be better.

Dieselmeken would be the one to ask.

If the RSF governor is truly limited by it's ability to be adjusted, then put 1 point in the + coulomb for the RW Governor... Plenty of ability for balancing the return to idle after an adjustment... Even really radical ones Smile...

You mean i increased the max- fuel too much? Is it no possibilities to make it return fast to idle without decreasing the max-fuel amount?

Does anyone know what the two internal screws on the pictures are for?

Ops! I didn't read your post OM616. Yes, i have sent a question to Göran. Hoping for a easy solution Wink
