Hello I'm after making a om606 with only 200bhp
I want to use the original turbo converted to boost control.
What internals would you recommend for this set up

Do you mean to do away with the vacuum wastegate and replace it with a pressure one?

Like this..

The long box and spring just serve to ensure the wastegate trap is kept fully closed but still opens when required.

Standard everything, 200hp is easily achievable, I am in the same process, reduce parasitic losses ie egr valve delete and bigger intercooler.
The stock pump elements can flow enough.
You didn't specify if you are retaining electronic IP or going mechanical.
H.

Installed:

OM606/722.6, big IC, W220 brakes.
Planned:
DIY manifold, compound, 722.6 controller, built IP.
[i]Less rust..

I'm going 603 pump. As its going non Mercedes vehicle.
Do I need to get the turbo played with or just change the vacuum waste gate to boost control.

Druk that's spot on did you make that or buy it? Do you sell them or were did you by the stuff from

The pressure actuator I got from RADesigns.

www.TurboRebuild.co.uk

It's part number TB2804 and starts to open at 12psi. £49.99 GBP
The rod I had to shorten to suit and the mounting bracket, sliding box and rose joint connector I made myself.
The square end of the box is counter drilled to form a slight concave and that works against the inverted Nyloc nut and allows the box part to swing slightly to allow for the changing arc of the operating wastegate lever. The pushrod only works in the in/out plane and has no up/down movement so it would bind without some form of slack.

The ecu control part of the glow relay needs bypassing to allow operation with only a switched live but that's it really.
