I am looking for one of these. Willing to pay $60 to $100 maybe more just depends on the condition (not really sure what they go for). I need it for my 87 300SDL W126 OM603. PM me if you have or find one.

I am also close to the Modesto,CA Pick N Pull and a few other sweet junk yards if anyone needs anything. I don't mind making a day trip to help a fellow Benz owner.

(11-01-2013, 02:18 PM)larsalan I'm looking for just the lift pump off of a 617mw IP.
Most I would really want to pay is $30-35 shipped.

3x - 10mm nuts hold it to the IP and then a couple other banjo bolts need removed from the fuel filter housing.

I'm going to a yard that may have the lift pump. I'll let you know if I am able to find one.

'98 E300 Turbo "Juliette" - Brabus wheels and almost all the options a w210 could have
'87 300D Turbo "Roxanne" - #22 head - 400E brakes - EGR Delete - 17" Staggered AMG 5 spoke rims from CLK500 - 5 Spd manual
2007 Chevy 2500HD CCSB Duramax with about 400-500 rwhp depending on the tune I use Big Grin
1983 300D Silver Exterior/Black inside - Sold and will be missed, may we never meet in a PnP.

That one is a euro only manifold very rare but the w140 300sdl 1992-1993 also rare before they got the om606 have a similar manifold with EGR on the round spot on the 3rd runner above the turbo flange. they can be found on car-part.com for around $100 last i checked Big Grin

(04-08-2011, 04:18 PM)willbhere4u Will.... couple hundred$....W126 ?280se euro? manual transmission peddle set with clutch and break peddle
...you are aware that cutting a tab off of the W123 pedalset makes it totally compatible with the W126, right? I understand if you are shooting for one with a 126 part #, but in case you aren't, it's very easy to modify the W123 set... at least so I have read.

If you want to buy a W126 pedalset, I can put you in touch with a guy who may still have one.

(08-01-2011, 06:47 AM)Greazzer Not sure what is ultimately cheaper or not, but you are still left with an exhaust manifold that is in the same exact boat as you started, so not sure what can be accomplished with a custom exhaust manifold. I would like to see one that is in actual use on a W123. Maybe the final costs of Jet Hot will be cheaper as the size of the manifold is generally smaller than US makes' V-8's, I'll see. However, assuming all the vendor's claims are accurate, the ceramic coating supposedly removes and dissiaptes a lot of heat, et cet, which no custom or non-custom header can do unless the material is modified.

I am a real fan of electrolysis -- just put the part in a non-metal container and turn it on. Once the rust / bubbles pretty much stop, the rust is gone and all you need to do is rinse it off. Sure beats sanding or sand blasting, et cet.
Actually the coating KEEPS the heat hot so that it travels faster and does not transfer the heat to the manifold IIRC. I have a non egr manifold on my wagon and it's coated.

The clutch pedal would be far too short, perhaps two inches.
