Make a plate to fill in the exhaust side of your blown turbo, and hook your air intake to the air filter directly with some hose. A flat blockoff plate on the oil feed, and a cap of some sort on the oil drain.

Two plates to fab from 1/4" steel, and some knuckle busting to make a horribly inefficient NA 617

larsalan I guess I need to look at this stupid ass drip shit. What you have to like mess with those elements on the pump? What a fucking hassle. then use some wire to hold the throttle open or some shit?

I forget if a 603 turbo is compatible? I have a spare one if it will work for you. If not I think I know where I can find you a 617 turbo.

'98 E300 Turbo "Juliette" - Brabus wheels and almost all the options a w210 could have
'87 300D Turbo "Roxanne" - #22 head - 400E brakes - EGR Delete - 17" Staggered AMG 5 spoke rims from CLK500 - 5 Spd manual
2007 Chevy 2500HD CCSB Duramax with about 400-500 rwhp depending on the tune I use Big Grin
1983 300D Silver Exterior/Black inside - Sold and will be missed, may we never meet in a PnP.

I could run my Cali Garrett turbo up to your shop today, but...what's a Cali turbo worth? It is my understanding that you really need only the compressor wheel and maybe the housing.

The Garrett turbo still sits on the engine, in the car, of the blue 300D I hit the deer with in September 2012. The car is parked in my mom's driveway in Renton, I had the nose fixed but the replacement engine still sits in the donor car in my driveway in Yelm. The weather is clear and freezing. What's it worth to ya, for me to drive up to Renton, freeze my fingers pulling it, and drop it off?

I think there's a partially disassembled t3 in the trunk of my w116, I can check tomorrow. If there's enough there to make a good turbo you can have it for shipping cost

-1982 300D Turbo, 280k miles, ALDA apparently maxxed, fram 8038, 12 lbs boost, non-egr manifolds, W/M injection, 4 brake light mod, Gen II w126 front rotors/calipers, 4-speed swap
In the works: A/W IC, adjust pump, turbo rebuild (w/60 trim comp wheel)
-1980 300SD, 110k, project car. Goal is to get it lookin' like it did on the showroom floor (body and interior wise, not necessarily under the hood )
-1974 240D, FRESH PAINT!!!!!!
