Whats the legality of storing full acetylene tanks like this? Home made wood stand and back wall, light chain loosely "securing" them, no cage, no placards and they are in direct sun half of the day. The oxygen tanks are kept on a similar setup on the opposite end of that metal bin.

I have no idea of their reasoning for storing the tanks here. There is a tank cage on the other side of the building that now sits empty.

At least they have em separated from the oxy. They are supposed to be stored with at least one block wall, with a burn through time of 45min at minimum. its real exciting when one of these goes off.

'78 300D, OM617.912: 4spd manual, TB03 at 10PSI, 26*BTDC, DV's turned, HVAC, emissions system removed, e-fan, short ram, 3" downpipe to straight exhaust, W126 Bendix brakes, MR2 Spyder seats. 2890lbs
