Howdy,

Can anyone ID the part which goes on the very end of the IP ? It looks like a metal collar or a short piece of tubing that slides on and off the end of the IP.

Well, mine slid off and I cannot find it anywhere. This IP came from a wagon. It's a MW pump off a OM617.912 NA Engine. It does not have an ALDA. I cannot remember the year of the car, but an IP without an ALDA which is also a MW pump is an odd bird. I need the collar or metal tube or whatever it is called since I want to install this in my DD. I know RidgeRunner has an entire unit, but I just really need the tube piece / part #.

Thanks in advance

Thanks, I believe it's called a splined coupler. It appears to be the same part on either 4 or 5 cylinder OM616 or 17 engines. I found one on PP.

Thanks again !
