I migrated back to lighttpd after I found apache was consuming stupid amounts of memory. Let me know if you guys have any problems. Its alot snappier IMO.

larsalan I guess I need to look at this stupid ass drip shit. What you have to like mess with those elements on the pump? What a fucking hassle. then use some wire to hold the throttle open or some shit?

Coming from across the pond that means something. I also host my webmail on this server so I use it pretty frequently, even tho my STD board participation has been less than normal lately. So I def notice the speed increase.

Lighttpd defiantly smaller than apache. Some say nginx is the hottest bestest http server. Maybe nginx is not faster than Lighttpd but I think for many concurrent users it could be better.
All of that is a minor difference compared to the slowness/bulkiness that is apache.
