There are only two possibilities in the 722.6. I googled this number and it looks like it is from a v8 car/large nag/. So it is 1st 3.59, 2nd 2.19, 3rd 1.41, 4th 1.0, 5th .83.
The other ratio set is 3.95 1st, 2.423 2nd, 1.486 3rd. 4th and 5th are the same.
The split for the most part on which gear set is used is the engine size or power. Anything v6 or smaller is the small nag and v8 and up uses the large nag.

I actually found the ratios in an overhaul manual just after posting.

Yeah it's a large NAG, from AMG models with the 5.5 litre v8.
