so this is my latest build , driving it for a few weeks now and nearly destroyed the engine alreadyBlush
i tryed lpg injection ,first two times not enough boost and too much lpg ,after adjustment and with 1 bar+ boost it feld like the power doubled ,but killed the engine....



lots off engine noise blue smoke and bad iddle , still drives normal at 2000+ rpm

the diesel engine has not been built to run lpg.maybe the high temperature from combustion caused damage to your valves and cylinders boresUndecided

Pre ignition maybe ? The prechamber is a hot spot in the cylinder, it is inadvisable to use propane on a IDI engine. Damage has been done for certain but the extent of the damage can't be determined until you open the engine.A couple of bent rods and/or cracked pistons is possible. Suggest you get another engine, OM606 or OM603 and build it the proper way, 7.5-8mm pump elements and a big turbo.

found out the valve was broken , got full load lpg use other valve now with good result ,will replace engine
