Hey!

My first om603 HX 35 build is almost finished.Rolleyes
I bought 7,5mm diesel elements from dieselmeken, build them in on my own and a bosch diesel store done the calibration.

Engine is running very good with his elements and has great power. But i have a very annoying problem....Undecided


Max fuel is set to 4600 Engine RPM. Thats really sad because Power band is really small now. Bosch service told me it wasn't possible to set it at higher RPM because engine won't go back to idle anymore.

I thought about making the governor of the pump more light weight. I like to have max. Fuel @ 5000 Engine RPM.

Anyone has more details for me? Would be awesome! Cool

Go and tell to take down the bosch service sign when they don`t know their products! ;D haha

Hahaha yeah but if i had a penny for everytime a so called expert tries to sell me bs. yesterday a old mechanic asked me what i was doing with the benz told me its not.posible to have both a turbo and a supercharger.
but yeah goran really his pumps. For some reason his pumps rev higher than any other
