There: http://1drv.ms/1xgfNcQ is couple pictures along the way. After tohose pictures other wategate has been changed to turbosmart and bigger turbo is now hx50.

Turbos, I just bought a t3 .42/.48 similar size to the r4449 so I can go compound this summer.
Dyno results are crazy. What boost do you run?
Boost was about 3.5bar.
Yes HP is masterpower R4449-2:

But LP is now holset HX50MFS 72/67
After that dyno trip i made hot side all new (because huge backpressure 5.5bar) here is few pictures:

Do you think that log style manifold was giving you all that back pressure or do you think the hx50 will help with that now?
I had that hx50 in previous dyno pull. Old manifold was terrible so i hope to see some improvement with this new setup.

Now there is w5a580 but i was lucky to find CL65 AMG (w5a900) box in ebay just last week. I have to change bellhousing too but it should be easy operation.

There is no noticeable problems with 580 but it is wery old and beat up box and so it's time it to go retirement.
